Hello Friends and Family!
Here we are getting ready to ring in 2022! Can you believe that?!
I updated the site with my newest gedcom file, so take time to look up your info, and shoot me any changes/additions that you might have.
CHECK OUT the new photos in the album "REUNIONS / ANCESTORS"!! I keep adding to this with what I can find in old albums and things I've gathered from relatives. If you have anything to add, please upload a copy to me at nix4news@yahoo.com and I'll be sure it finds a home here in the new album!! I'm terrible with notations (for some reason I always thought I'd remember who was in the picture) so be sure to give me names when you send a photo!
We have a Kammerschen Reunion happening August 6th & 7th, 2022 (with hopes that Covid will be on the outs). So if you have information I don't have, please let me know so I can update my data base and upload the info here!
A quick way to find your family is to go to the index below, and do a search of your name! Enjoy the website and if you have any pictures I can add to your family group sheets, please send them to me as an attachment through email. (prefer it as a jpg file) Thanks!

Getting Around
There are several ways to browse the family tree. The Tree View graphically shows the relationship of selected person to their kin. The Family View shows the person you have selected in the center, with his/her photo on the left and notes on the right. Above are the father and mother and below are the children. The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.
In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool. |
